“Habit space” (version 1.4) - daily tracker. It’s mobile application for iPhones only for tracking habits.

It consists from 3 pages: “Your habits” - list of habits by day (create, edit, progress status); completion statistics; settings.

Habit Space has 6 default category with habits. Also, here is ability to create custom habit.

6 default category with habits:

  1. Body - (walk, exercise, run, yoga, stretch, stand, squats, push-ups, swim, play sport, dance, take medicine, burn calories, gym, push-ups, weigh-in)

  2. Mind - (read, meditate, walk, breathe, listen, relax, write anything, write a journal, visualization)

  3. Healthy - (drink water, limit caffeine, sleep for 8 hours, go to bed by 10 pm, eat fruit, no sugar, eat healthily, brush teeth, take vitamins, limit fried food)

  4. Learn - (read, listen, listen to podcasts, write a journal)

  5. Stress relief - (read, meditate, block distractions)

  6. Productivity - (read, listen, set goals, inbox zero, make list, planing, block distractions, practice a new skill)
